 Self-Compassion

Do one of the following each day you experience a challenge/mistake/failure: 

​

  1. Self Compassion Journal: Make sure to journal the three components - mindfulness, common humanity, self-kindness
  2. Self Compassion Break: Sit and listen to the audio, and follow the instruction. Write down a short reflection of the experience each day.
