In this video I share the common types of challenges we experience in our lives and the key skills that are important to work with them. I share why ‘practice’ is vital to develop the key skills to work with the challenges and discomfort that show up in our life. Each lesson comes with practice suggestions and it is important to understand why practice is crucial for our growth
